How long does wedding gown cleaning take?
A gown may take roughly 1–2 weeks of hands-on processing, but because we have an existing queue, customers should generally expect about 2–3 months to receive a gown back. Rush orders may be accepted for an additional charge when a deadline is approaching.
Stains and expectations
Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the stain, fabric, age and previous treatment. Bringing a gown in sooner and avoiding home stain products generally gives us the best opportunity to assess it safely.

When should I have my wedding dress cleaned after the wedding?
We recommend bringing it in reasonably soon, particularly if there are visible stains. Some stains can become more difficult to treat as they age or oxidize.
Can old stains be removed from a wedding dress?
Sometimes, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed. The result depends on the type and age of the stain, fabric, previous treatments, embellishments and how much treatment the gown can safely tolerate.

There isn't one price that accurately applies to every gown. Fabric, construction, train length, embellishments, staining and treatment required can all affect the work involved. Pricing is confirmed after we inspect the gown in person.
Should a wedding dress be cleaned before long-term storage?
Generally, yes. Visible and less obvious residues can become more difficult to address after extended storage. The appropriate storage or preservation option depends on the gown.
