Royal Oak Drycleaners provides professional dry cleaning from our shop on Royal Oak Ave in Burnaby. We clean suits, blazers, dresses, evening gowns, silk, linen, uniforms, graduation gowns and many other dry-clean-only or special-care garments.
Stain treatment
Please point out stains at drop-off. Stain treatment is separate because it requires additional labour and chemicals, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Delicate fabrics
We clean silk, linen, cashmere and other delicate fabrics when the item and care instructions allow an appropriate process.
Down & specialty items
We clean down puffer jackets, sleeping bags, suitable raincoats, comforters and other specialty items.
Press-only service
Press-only and steam-press service is available for suitable garments.
Turnaround and cleaning days
Regular cleaning normally runs Tuesday and Friday. Regular dry cleaning is usually ready by the next scheduled cleaning day. Items with stains may require at least two cleaning cycles, while garments that need pre-treatment or hang drying can take longer.
What we do not clean
We do not clean leather or suede. Fur is accepted only when its care instructions allow an appropriate cleaning method.
Before you drop off
Please empty pockets and point out any stains you want treated. Garments with missing, torn or incorrect care labels are processed using our best professional judgement at the owner's risk.
