Wedding gowns vary greatly in fabric, construction, embellishment, condition, and treatment required, so pricing is confirmed after inspection. Current turnaround is generally about 2–3 months because gowns are processed carefully and we have an existing queue; rush service may be available for an additional charge.
We work with businesses and bulk orders that need regular garment cleaning, uniforms, costumes, specialty pieces or recurring service. Business and volume pricing is different from regular in-store retail pricing.

Regular dry cleaning is usually ready by the next scheduled cleaning day. Our regular cleaning days are Tuesday and Friday. Items with stains may require at least two cleaning cycles, and items received too close to a cleaning day are assessed individually.
Yes, for eligible items needing regular cleaning without stain treatment, provided we are running the appropriate colour load and the item is received early enough. One-day service is not available for every garment or every day.
Normally Tuesday and Friday. If a statutory holiday falls on Monday, cleaning shifts to Wednesday and Friday. If a statutory holiday falls on Friday, cleaning shifts to Tuesday and Thursday.
Preferably by the morning of the day before cleaning. Pre-treatment takes time, and garments that need to hang dry may need almost a full day before pressing.
No. Results depend on the stain, fabric, age of the stain and any products already used at home. The best chance is generally when an item is brought in quickly and nothing has been applied to the stain beforehand.
Yes. Stain treatment is separate because it requires additional labour and chemicals. Charges vary with the number of stains, treatments attempted and work required.
We clean a wide range of garments and household items including silk, linen, cashmere, down puffer jackets, sleeping bags, suitable raincoats, comforters, curtains, table linens, Indian and embellished garments, and more. We do not clean leather or suede. Fur is accepted only when its care instructions allow an appropriate cleaning method.
Yes. A gown may take roughly 1–2 weeks of hands-on processing, but because of our current queue customers should generally expect about 2–3 months. Rush orders may be accepted for an additional charge.
Yes. Common work includes hems, taking garments in or out, zipper replacement, sleeves, coats, jeans, dresses, wedding-dress fitting and hems, and curtain hemming.
Yes. Commercial and bulk customers may receive different pricing. Email [email protected] for inquiries.
No appointment is needed for normal drop-off. If you specifically want to meet an owner, particularly for a business inquiry, please arrange a time by email.
Please point out stains at drop-off, especially stains you want treated. We do not automatically treat every visible mark because some long-standing stains may already have been attempted before. Specific stain treatment should be requested.
Bring the garment back in person within 24 hours of service completion. We will inspect it and, when appropriate, reclean it at no additional charge.
Ask for a loyalty card in store. One eligible stamp is issued per paid order, with a maximum of one stamp per day.
Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with another discount already being applied. Splitting one order into separate payments does not create additional stamps. One stamp maximum per customer per day.
These terms help set realistic expectations for professional garment care. Please speak with us before processing if an item is especially valuable, fragile or has unusual construction.
Please empty all pockets before drop-off. Staff pocket checks are a courtesy only. We try to keep found items safe but are not responsible for items left in garments or damage caused by items such as pens or sharp objects.
We cannot guarantee against colour loss, shrinkage, pre-existing wear, weak fabrics, loose trims, buttons, zippers, embellishments, heat sensitivity or manufacturer-related defects.
Garments with missing, torn or incorrect care labels are processed using our best professional judgement at the owner's risk. Items specifically accepted on owner's risk are not eligible for compensation for the disclosed risk.
Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Stain treatment must be requested where required and may carry separate charges based on labour and chemicals used.
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and the garment returned in person for inspection. Failure to report within 24 hours may result in a claim being declined.
Maximum liability for a garment is limited to the processing charge for that garment. If compensation is approved, assessment is based on fair market value rather than replacement value.
Completed orders should be collected within 30 days of the estimated pickup date provided by the store. Items left for an extended period may ultimately be donated or discarded, subject to applicable law.

Our physical store is on Royal Oak Ave in Burnaby. Most customers are from Burnaby, Vancouver, New Westminster and Coquitlam, and we also welcome customers from North Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Langley, Abbotsford and elsewhere in the region.
